Track what Macari has invested in each vehicle, preparation and logistics costs, current asking or negotiated price, projected margin and stock age. Demo rows are clearly labelled.
Clients who have opted into priority alerts are matched against their preferred marques, preferred categories and previous vehicle enquiries. When a new vehicle is added, Macari Intelligence prepares a private pre-showroom email for matching clients before the car is publicly listed.
The system prepares the matches automatically. Emails are only sent when a member of staff chooses to send them. If SMTP is not configured, the button opens the completed message in the local email client instead.
Until the licensed API is available, all 22 inventory vehicles use a curated static reference table for current value and annual appreciation. The MarketCheck connector remains built in and will automatically take precedence when live data is connected.

Start or stop secure remote access from Macari Intelligence. Quick Tunnel uses HTTP/2 automatically; add a named-tunnel token in CLOUDFLARE_SETTINGS.bat for a permanent production tunnel. Authentication is on by default, so remote users must sign in.
Exports contain personal data and are restricted to administrators. Every export is written to the audit log.
Connect the dealership mailbox so staff can send Joey-drafted offer letters, finance quotes, PDFs and test-drive confirmations. Emails are only ever sent when a person presses Send, and every message is logged against the client.
How Joey works: your question goes to the AI model with a list of tools (read-only searches of this app). Joey calls the tools, then answers only from what they return. Here you choose the model, switch areas on or off, set house rules and upload the templates and examples Joey uses for documents.
Browse every table in the Macari PostgreSQL database. Read-only by default; secrets are always hidden. Editing is limited to business tables and every change is confirmed and audited.
Balances across all invoices. Record deposits, part payments and finance proceeds against an invoice.
Add, edit, archive and delete stock. Cars with linked invoices, deals, movements, leads, VIP alerts or valuation history can be archived (hidden, history kept) or force deleted after typing the stock reference — history records are kept, unlinked and stamped with a snapshot of the vehicle.
Import existing stock records in bulk. Duplicate stock references are skipped rather than overwritten.
